We are not liable for errors, delays, cancellations, or misrepresentations by those providers. If a supplier fails to deliver, your recourse is with the supplier or insurance, unless the issue is due to our direct fault.

We also disclaim responsibility for fare changes after booking, ancillary services, currency discrepancies, or promotional inaccuracies provided by suppliers.

Refunds or cancellations are subject to the supplier’s policies. SuperFourTravels does not guarantee refunds for non-refundable bookings or fare variances.

Discounts may vary by itinerary details. We do not endorse third-party advertisements displayed on our Site.

You enter into agreements with Travel Suppliers directly and must abide by their terms. Violations can result in reservations being canceled or billed.

Liabilities

  • Content is provided "as-is". No expressed or implied warranties.
  • We are not liable for viruses, data loss, or damages from Site use.
  • Our liability is capped at the total itinerary cost.
  • Claims must be asserted within 180 days.

Disputes with Travel Suppliers do not involve SuperFourTravels. You release us from such claims and assume responsibility for legal costs related to any such disputes.

Resolving Disputes

Steps to Complete Your Booking

    When you select a service on our website, you’re invited to make an offer to purchase. This offer becomes active once you click "Book" on the payment page.
  2. Receiving Your Request
    After you press “Book,” we’ll send you an acknowledgment email. Please note: This is not yet a confirmed booking — it only confirms we received your request.
  3. Availability Check
    We verify availability with the relevant Travel Supplier. If the Service Element is available, we process your booking.
  4. Final Confirmation
    Your booking is officially confirmed once full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email with:
    • Flight ticket numbers (for air travel)
    • Reservation numbers (for hotels, car rentals, or tours)

Important Booking Guidelines

  • No Guarantee Until Confirmed: Your travel details, including prices, dates, and availability, are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed by the Travel Supplier.
  • Changes and Cancellations: After your booking is confirmed, any changes or cancellations are subject to approval by SuperFourTravels and the Travel Supplier, and may incur fees.
  • Applicable Terms: Each Service Element is also subject to its own terms and conditions from the respective supplier (e.g., airline, hotel, rental agency).
  • Booking Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update our booking process at any time. Updates are effective immediately once posted on our website.

Travel ID and Documentation

  • Valid ID Required: A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in points like airports, hotels, and car rental offices.
  • Passport and Visa Requirements:
    • For international travel, a valid passport is required.
    • You are responsible for securing any visas, entry permits, or health documentation required by the countries you plan to visit or transit through.
    • Most countries require that your passport be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.
  • Responsibility: SuperFourTravels is not liable for denied boarding or travel disruptions caused by missing or invalid travel documents. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
  • Entry/Exit Fees: Some destinations charge government fees upon entry or exit. These fees are not included in your booking price and must be paid directly.

Traveler Information

  • All travelers in a single booking must travel together on the same itinerary.
  • After booking, names and destinations cannot be changed or transferred.
  • Frequent flyer points or rewards are not guaranteed. Please check with your airline or travel provider.

Pricing, Payments & Fees

  • What’s Included: Your total price includes taxes and booking fees unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.
  • Additional Charges: Travel Suppliers may charge extra fees such as:
    • Baggage fees
    • Seat selection
    • Hotel incidentals (e.g., Wi-Fi, minibar, resort fees)
    • Car rental extras (e.g., gas, child seats, insurance)

These are your responsibility and are not included in the booking total paid through SuperFourTravels.

  • Payment:

    • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation using a valid credit or debit card.
    • You authorize SuperFourTravels and its partners to process payment using your provided card.
  • Payment Issues:

    • If your payment doesn’t go through, we may contact you to complete the process.
    • If we can’t reach you or the payment isn’t resolved before your travel date, we may cancel your booking without liability.
  • Verification Process:

    • We verify your card details before finalizing the booking.
    • Prices and availability may change during this process.
    • SuperFourTravels is not responsible for declined transactions or delays caused by payment verification issues.
  • On-Site Credit Card Use:

    • Some Travel Suppliers may require you to present the same credit/debit card at check-in to confirm payment and cover incidental charges.
    • The cardholder must be one of the travelers in the booking.

Conditions of Sale

In addition to the base prices set by airlines, hotels, and other Travel Suppliers, we may apply service fees to cover the cost of facilitating your booking. Our service fees are charged per passenger, per booking, and are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Payment in full constitutes your final acceptance of all SuperFourTravels vacation package Terms & Conditions.

Travel Documentation

For all international travel outside the United States, a government-issued photo ID and proof of citizenship are mandatory. It is solely your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documents, including any required transit visas. Please contact the consulate or embassy of your destination country with any questions.

Throughout your trip, you will need valid government-issued photo identification for airport security checks, hotel check-ins, car rentals, attractions, and other travel-related services as required by our suppliers.

Important: Travelers must carry a valid passport for international travel. SuperFourTravels is not responsible for denied boarding, travel delays, or unused portions of your vacation package due to improper or incomplete documentation.

Group Travel

All travelers on a single booking must travel on the same itinerary. Once your booking is complete, no additional travelers can be added or removed from the package. Name changes and transfers to another person or destination are strictly prohibited.

Supplier Cancellations

Each portion of your vacation package (airfare, hotel, car rental, activities) is provided by independent suppliers. If a supplier cancels their portion, we will assist you in finding alternatives where possible. However, SuperFourTravels cannot be held liable for supplier performance or any resulting costs or damages.

Frequent Flyer Miles & Special Requests

Frequent flyer miles or points may not be earned on package components. Special requests will be forwarded to suppliers but are not guaranteed.

Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

  • Prices include all taxes and fees related to airfare, hotels, car rentals, and activities within your package.
  • Additional surcharges (fuel, baggage, security, resort fees, etc.) may apply and are payable directly to suppliers at check-in or pick-up.
  • Liability insurance, collision damage waivers, and other optional insurances for car rentals are not included and must be purchased separately.
  • Payment must be made in full at booking using a valid credit card with a U.S. or Canadian billing address.
  • Suppliers require a valid credit card at check-in or pick-up for incidentals or additional charges. Debit cards may not be accepted — please verify with suppliers directly.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • All changes or cancellations must be made through SuperFourTravels before departure. Do not contact suppliers directly.
  • Cancellation policies vary by supplier and package components. Some or all components may be non-refundable.
  • Partial changes or cancellations may not be allowed; often, the entire package must be adjusted as a whole.
  • No refunds for unused portions or early returns once your trip begins.
  • Change and cancellation fees apply: $75 per passenger per flight ticket, $25 per room per night for hotels, $15 for car bookings, plus any supplier fees.

Component Policies

Flights:

  • Subject to airline rules and restrictions.
  • Tickets usually non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Origin, destination, and traveler count cannot be changed after booking.

Hotels:

  • Hotels cannot be changed after booking, though room category changes may be possible on request.
  • Cancellation and incidental charges are the traveler’s responsibility.

Car Rentals:

  • Car categories cannot be downgraded.
  • No refunds for unused rental days.

Superfourtravels Terms & Conditions – CRUISE

PRICING INFORMATION

Unless otherwise specified, all prices are quoted per person in US dollars, based on double occupancy. Prices do not include government fees, taxes, port charges, or airfare. A non-refundable processing fee of $35* per booking applies and is not included in the listed price.

Cruise lines reserve the right to impose a fuel surcharge, which is not included in the advertised fare and must be paid prior to departure if applicable. Passengers booked under special rates must present valid government-issued identification (such as a passport, birth certificate, or driver’s license) at the time of boarding to verify age or residency.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Superfourtravels is not responsible for errors or omissions in pricing or content. Final pricing may vary depending on the ship, stateroom category, departure date, and departure port.

Promotions, upgrades, and special offers are limited, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Promotional codes apply only to the $35 Superfourtravels service fee unless otherwise stated. Offers may be valid only for specific travel dates, ships, itineraries, and stateroom categories. Phone reservations using credit cards may be accepted but could be limited and subject to currency conversion into US dollars. Upgrades cannot be combined with group rates or other promotions and are subject to availability.

PASSENGER NAMES

Passengers must ensure that all names provided to Superfourtravels match exactly with their passport or official identification, including correct spelling of first, middle, and last names. Any changes after booking may incur additional charges from both Superfourtravels and the cruise operator. For corrections, contact us as soon as possible.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES

Baggage policies are determined by the respective cruise lines. For the most accurate and updated information, please refer directly to the cruise line’s official website. Superfourtravels is not responsible for changes in baggage policies. Passengers are advised to review these terms carefully before booking, as luggage allowances may be limited.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refundable rates apply only to the cruise deposit amount and must be fully paid before the specified deadline. Processing fees are excluded from refundable amounts. Group bookings and charter sailings are not eligible for refundable rate promotions.

To modify or cancel a reservation, you must contact Superfourtravels directly, not the cruise supplier. Refund eligibility may vary, and cruises may be partially or fully non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the number of passengers cannot be changed. Cancellation may involve fees from both the cruise supplier and Superfourtravels.

No changes or modifications are permitted once the journey has commenced.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Super Four Travels' Holiday Package Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any revised terms and conditions will take effect on the date they are published on this website. Any previously published, incompatible policies or terms for specific travel products included in the Holiday Package will be superseded by the updated Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to change and cancellation policies stated below. In any region, the terms and conditions for Holiday Packages, flight reservations, hotels, car rentals, and activities/services will complement one another.

As stated in these Terms & Conditions, your booking is also subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant Travel Service Provider. These are typically available on the provider’s own website. Wherever possible, we will provide access to these during the checkout process.

Super Four Travels is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies on the website or for the performance of third-party Travel Service Providers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental companies, tour operators, consolidators, activity providers, travel assistance providers, and insurance companies.

Super Four Travels does not endorse, guarantee, or insure services provided by third parties, nor their ability to compensate for losses. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these providers.

PRICING, TAXES/FEES & PAYMENTS

Prices and availability apply only when booking the complete Holiday Package, not individual components. Due to contractual restrictions, a detailed price breakdown may not be available.

Super Four Travels service fees:

  • $50 per passenger (flight bookings)
  • $40 per room per night (hotel bookings)
  • Up to $40 (car rentals)

Displayed prices include applicable taxes and fees; however, additional charges may apply, including:

  • Fuel, baggage, seat selection
  • Security or airline surcharges
  • Hotel incidentals
  • Government entry/exit taxes

Travelers are responsible for all additional charges imposed by service providers.

Excluded costs:

  • Drop-off fees, fuel, child seats, racks
  • Insurance, damage waivers
  • Hotel incidental charges

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment required at booking via valid credit card
  • Cards must have a billing address in the United States or Canada
  • You authorize Super Four Travels and its partners to charge the full booking amount

A valid credit card may also be required at hotel check-in or car rental pickup. Some providers may not accept debit cards—confirm in advance.

SELF-TRANSFER PACKAGE

If your ticket includes a “Self-transfer Package,” you must comply with its terms. These outline coverage and requirements.

Ensure sufficient transfer time between flights. Contact customer support if unsure about inclusion.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It may cover cancellations and changes.

If plans change, contact your insurance provider to adjust coverage.

Additional Driver

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to cover potential cancellations or changes. Coverage details and assistance are available through our travel protection provider.

All booking confirmations and documentation will be sent to your registered email address.

User Submissions & Content

By submitting reviews or comments, you grant SuperFourTravels a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your submissions. Content must be lawful and not infringe on third-party rights.

Miscellaneous

  • By booking with us, you authorize SuperFourTravels to communicate via email, phone, or mail.
  • We reserve the right to suspend access to our services for violations or misuse.
