FAQs – How It Works

✈️ What qualifies as the “exact same itinerary”?

All of the following must be identical:

• Airline(s) and flight number(s)
• Travel dates and times
• Route (origin and destination)
• Number of passengers
• Cabin class or fare type

🔍 What does “available for booking” mean?

It means the lower fare is actively bookable by the public on a U.S.-based travel competitor’s site at the time you report it to us. We must be able to independently verify it.

🏆 Which competitors are included?

Our PMG covers listings on the following U.S.-based Online Travel Agencies:

📨 How do I submit a claim?

Simply email support@superfourtravels.com with:

• Your SuperFourTravels booking reference
• Details of the lower fare (flight info, dates, fare type, etc.)
• Proof such as a direct link or timestamped screenshot of the lower fare

Our support team will validate your claim. If eligible, we’ll either refund the difference or process a full refund upon cancellation.

⚠️ Are there any exclusions?

Yes. The guarantee does not apply to:

• Prices from private membership or employee-only portals
• Corporate, group, charter, or negotiated rates
• Loyalty or reward-based fares
• Student, military, government, or consolidator fares
• Discounted fares from unpublished promotions or coupons
• Vacation packages or opaque bookings
• Tickets from auction or bid-based models
• Errors or glitches in fare listings
